You stretch, you breathe, you strengthen, you relax, you balance - and somehow at the end of the hour, you are more alive and more clear and you have more of yourself to give away. With a little practice, you carry that aliveness and clarity with you into the week, until at last it is so much a part of you, you don't need the therapeutic relationship to get there.
